Collating system for the automatic loading of fresh sausages in natural/collagen casing or alginate casing into different tray types and formats. An automation process with a high level of rationalization, ensuring excellent hygiene and visually impeccable products in the packaging.

TD 387
Tray denester for the reliable denesting of tray packaging. High level of flexibility thanks to the quickly interchangeable denesting device. It features a perfectly coordinated interface to the feeding conveyors, and is fully integrated in the production lines’ central control system.
